Location: Onsite, American Fork, UT

We are currently looking for a highly skilled ERP Administrator within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to join our IT team. This individual will collaborate closely with our current Business Central team to optimize our system's performance, streamline processes, and enhance the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including proficiency in permission sets and Azure, with the ability to develop business reports and manage our ERP help desk. Experience in warehouse and retail operations within Business Central will be highly valued.

Essential Functions Include:

  • Administer and maintain the ERP system, including user access, security settings, and system configurations to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
  • Work with ERP system users and management to determine appropriate system configuration.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for system integrations, upgrades, and support.
  • Collaborate with the ERP team to Plan, Test, and Execute new updates, patches, customizations and migrations of ERP systems before implementing in a production environment.
  • Design and maintain automated workflow processes based on thorough understanding of business practices and procedures.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining SQL, Power BI, & Jet Reports to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Support manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, purchasing, and financial operations by coordinating with management to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and strong user adoption.
  • Provide solutions using technology to improve data recording for ERP process.
  • Create and manage a Business Central help desk to efficiently support users.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Train end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and new features.
  • Perform other core ERP duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications Include:

  • At least 2+ years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Experience with EDI, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, or related field is preferred.
