Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient ERP Systems Administrator with expertise in Epicor Kinetic to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Epicor Kinetic ERP system modules.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to address and resolve ERP-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain data integrity protocols and standards within the ERP system.
  • Implement data migration strategies and oversee integration with other business systems.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
  • Create data models, DAX calculations, and complex queries to extract insights from ERP data.
  • Provide training and user support to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems and Power BI dashboards.
  • Develop training materials and documentation for end-users and administrators.
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Recommend and implement ERP system enhancements and Power BI optimizations.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Implement and monitor ERP system access controls and permissions.

Required Skills amp; Abilities

· Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and report/dashboard development.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

· Experience in ERP customization, preferably Epicor / Kinetic

· Knowledge in C#, T-SQL, JSON and RESTful APIs

· Experience with BI Tools and proficient in writing Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Dashboards, and Business Process Management (BPMs), and Crystal/SSRS Reports

· Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Power BI, Bartender

Education amp; Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP system administration and coordination.

• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, configuration, and support in a manufacturing or related industry.

Working conditions

· This position primarily operates in an office environment but may also require work in warehouse settings.

· PPE is required only for warehouse and production floors.

Physical Requirements

Work is primarily performed in an office setting, requiring prolonged sitting, computer use, and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
