In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
• Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality
• Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications
• Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements
• Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions
• Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols
• Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects
• Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available
• Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on prospective influence of new technologies
• Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions

Required Skill and Experience
• At least 2 full life cycles of ERP (Any SaaS product) implementation and rollout experience and experience with establishing an AMS model for a large program and driving it successfully.
• Experience of functional/technical leadership in ERP programs.
• Experience in Project planning and execution.
• Certified Project Management Professional.
• Experience in leading integration with external partners/ applications like - E-Commerce portals, part catalogs, trading partners - suppliers & customers, EDI.
• Electrical and Electronics distribution industry experience is a plus.
• Client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Knowledge of end-to-end processes Order-to Cash, Procure pay and data management
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
• Solution evaluations and recommendation - Lead the team in coming out with RCA analysis and drive the fixing of the root causes.
• Experience with defining the workflow and using the ServiceNow tool to manage the production support tickets.
• Experience in summarizing the status and identifying the improvement areas
• Experience with Jira and other project management tools.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
