Work You'll Do
As a US Delivery Center Senior Solution Manager on the team, you will:
  • Lead day-to-day delivery of SAP or Oracle ERP application management services, overseeing production support across one or more functional areas such as finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, projects, or reporting.
  • Manage incident, problem, change, release, and service request activities to help restore service quickly, reduce recurring issues, and maintain stable business operations.
  • Oversee service delivery operations, including ticket prioritization, queue management, escalation handling, workload balancing, and coordination across functional, technical, and cross-platform support teams.
  • Monitor and report on service levels, KPIs, and operational performance, using trends and service metrics to identify risks, improve turnaround times, and enhance support quality.
  • Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement, identifying recurring defects, prioritizing high-impact fixes, and implementing process or service enhancements that improve stability and user experience.
  • Lead release and deployment readiness activities, including impact assessment, regression testing coordination, deployment planning, hypercare, and post-release stabilization.
  • Coordinate support for integrations, reporting, master data, security, and conversion/data load activities to help maintain end-to-end ERP performance in production environments.
  • Coach and lead practitioners by assigning work, reviewing deliverables, supporting issue resolution, and helping teams deliver consistent outcomes in a managed services model.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance for this role
  • 5+ years' experience supporting SAP or Oracle ERP solutions in an operate, application management services (AMS), or production support environment across one or more functional areas such as finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, projects, or reporting.
  • 5+ years' experience leading incident management, problem management, change management, release management, and service request fulfillment for ERP applications in a production environment.
  • 3+ years experience leading release planning, regression testing, deployment coordination, hypercare, and post-release stabilization for ERP platforms in an operate model.
  • 3+ years leading and managing teams including oversight of task management, quality review, stakeholder communication, and on-time delivery in a managed services model.
  • Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
    • Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
    • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
    • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
    • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
