This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic responsibility for secure, scalable ERP solutions that support business operations, automation, and digital transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead ERP development and security efforts across JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions
  • Design, develop, test, and support orchestrations, integrations, workflows, and custom applications
  • Oversee JD Edwards security architecture, role-based access, Segregation of Duties (SOD), and audit compliance
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define technical solutions, estimates, and delivery plans
  • Review technical designs, mapping documents, and development specifications for quality and consistency
  • Support REST and SOAP API integrations, authentication, and troubleshooting
  • Create and support reporting and analytics solutions, including ReportsNow DAS and Oracle BI Publisher
  • Drive automation, modernization, and continuous improvement across ERP platforms
  • Mentor team members and help coordinate technical delivery across projects and support activities

 ERP Development & Security Lead Required Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, including development, support, and production troubleshooting
    • 7+ years of experience in ERP development, integration, security, and support within an enterprise environment
    • 5+ years of experience leading technical workstreams while remaining hands-on in solution design, development, and issue resolution
    • 5+ years of experience working in SDLC and DevOps environments
    • 3+ years of experience administering JD Edwards security roles, access controls, and compliance requirements in an enterprise setting
    • 3+ years of technical concepts clearly to both business and IT stakeholders
    • 3+ years of experience producing and reviewing technical specifications, solution designs, and development standards
