Overview:
Job Title:- ERP Data & Analytics Consultant
Location:- Spring Texas (On-Site)
Job Type:- Long Term Contract
Only Local, no relocation

Top 3 skill sets/technologies required for qualification:

  2. SAP / ERP System Finance, Cost Accounting, and Project System knowledge
  3. Data Modeling, Ananlytics, and Systems Integration

Job Description:
  • Serve as subject matter expert in SQL data modelling(ER Studio),Data Engineering , Data Integration , Tableau and PowerBI dashboards design and development for the business needs.
  • Ensure the digital solutions(SQL Models, Analytics dashboards , ETL pipelines) are built leveraging industry best practices/Client Standards across the different areas of business
  • Awareness of SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning data structures, specifically Finance, Cost Controlling, Project, Material Management, and Data Warehousing concepts.
  • Accountable to protect the Intellectual Property of model & jobs, ensuring the technical documentation translating the business capability into a logical model is up to date and meaningful.
  • Understand to E&PS business processes thoroughly in the areas of Project and Portfolio Planning, Space Planning, Space Utilization and Space Stewardship.
  • Provide vision to harmonize data across the organization and help implementing the best practices maintain data integrity within various applications/databases
  • Have experience building data hierarchies, managing meta and reference data, and establishing effective reporting information structures to address business needs.
  • Build relationship with various groups like Client's Information Technology, Financial Analysis & Reporting, Financial Cost Controls and Reporting, Planning and Stewardship, Business Enablement, Strategy, Planning, Projects, Commercial and operations groups to understand the business needs and help digital team to identify gaps/opportunities will all be necessary for success
  • Experience in working on Agile based project implementation
  • Process knowledge in the areas like Space Management, Planning and Budgeting, capital budgets, operating expense models, Projects is critical for quick onboarding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Good quality of work performance such as completeness, freedom from errors, analytical soundness, creation of useful work products, etc.
  • Knowledge of Client's Control Policies & Procedures (Operations Integrity Management System, Controls Integrity Management System, Behavioral Based Safety Programs)
  • Sound business judgment and ability to make timely decisions

Manager Notes :-
Data Domain Lead - intended to have visibility of the end to end of the data structures within the organization and have deep data domain experience and able to handle everything hands on in supporting property solution. What PS does is fundamentally manage all the global bldgs. Use Nuvolo for the backend ticketing for the space they sit in. There is a bunch of reports that pulls data from financials and how they manage cost per square foot and reduce expenses. Working with vendor in rebuilding the new process and tied to Polaris etc. This role is working with all the operational and planning for the whole organization. They only have 1 person right now and would love 3 people and one year time frame with possible extension later based on how they do. Key skills are SAP, S4 and need to understand the ERP specs and workplace mgmt. or real estate mgmt. or Tririga and financial planning and need the resources to help with the rebuilding of the whole end to end tool etc. The role is going to be more functional verses technical, 60-80% functional. Being able to provide oversite on how Vendor is providing on the solutions that will be design built and strong data model suggestions.
Nuvolo is the real property system to mgmt., and it replaced Tririga. That is the custom part of what Vendor is doing and integrated so knowing Nuvolo is a plus. They have people that do it but need more heavy experience in SAP vs the Nuvolo area.
