Job description

Join Our Team!

We're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our erosion control crew. No previous erosion control experience is required—we're willing to train motivated people who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.


Responsibilities

  • Install erosion control measures including:
    • Silt fence
    • Straw blankets
    • Wattles and other BMPs
  • Assist with street sweeping and jobsite cleanup
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies
  • Perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently


Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to our yard in Brighton, CO
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work on uneven terrain
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening if required
