Join Colorado's Leader in Environmental Construction!
Consolidated Divisions, Inc. (CDI) is seeking hardworking Erosion Control Laborers to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and building projects that protect the environment, we'd like to hear from you!
What You'll Do
  • Install erosion control products including silt fence, wattles, erosion blankets, and sediment control devices.
  • Assist with seeding, mulching, hydroseeding, and reclamation projects.
  • Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Operate hand tools and assist equipment operators.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work site.
  • Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Assist with snow removal during the winter season as needed.

Qualifications
  • Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Schedule
Monday-Friday with overtime as needed. Weekend work may be required during peak seasons and snow events.
