Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Stormwater, Restoration, and Erosion Control Foreman to lead crews in the installation, maintenance, and oversight of erosion control and stormwater management projects. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on equipment operation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.

General Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain farm and construction equipment, including skid steers, tractors with attachments, power tools, and hand tools.

  • Contribute to team productivity and ensure high-quality work for clients.

  • Support project managers and superintendents with daily direction and coordination of tasks.

Job-Specific Responsibilities

  • Monitor crew attendance and punctuality; report to management.

  • Allocate tasks according to project priorities and plans.

  • Track daily work progress and crew time reporting.

  • Supervise safe and efficient use of equipment and machinery.

  • Communicate effectively with inspectors, owner representatives, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Ensure production goals are consistently met by directing crews of 2–10 members.

  • Valid driver’s license (required); CDL preferred.

  • U.S. work authorization required.

Work Environment

  • Outdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, ice).

  • Fast-paced environment requiring physical stamina and adaptability.

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 80 lbs; bend, kneel, and work with arms raised for extended periods.
