Job description

Job Summary:
Ericsson Inc. is seeking early career professionals to join their Technology Operations AI team to operationalize AI and automation at scale across North America. The role involves building production-grade AI and automation solutions to streamline telecom operations and improve decision-making efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Design and ship AI-powered automation and agentic workflows that eliminate manual operational tasks.
• Build LLM/GenAI solutions (GPT-style interfaces, conversational agents, workflow tools) backed by Python REST APIs.
• Orchestrate agents with LangChain/LangGraph, including memory/state, tool integrations, and human-in-the loop patterns.
• Develop scalable data pipelines using Pandas/SQL/JSON; integrate with enterprise APIs in secure cloud-native architectures.
• Containerize, deploy, and operate solutions with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS), preferably in Azure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot with observability (e.g., Azure Application Insights) and document architectures, workflows, and pipelines.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities that reduce cost and improve execution efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field of study
• 0 to 2 years' experience in Python, SQL DB, Flask, Pandas, JSON, Angular (preferred) or React
• Strong experience with Python development, including libraries such as Pandas and JSON handling
• Hands-on experience building REST APIs using Flask or similar frameworks
• Experience working with LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering and model configuration
• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and API-based integrations
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
• Strong experience with SQL and structured data processing
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred:
• Experience designing agent-based workflows including memory management, tool orchestration, and human in-the-loop interactions
• Experience deploying AI solutions in Azure cloud environments
• Familiarity with Angular or React for building lightweight user interfaces
• Experience with YAML-based configuration and infrastructure automation
• Exposure to AI observability and application monitoring tools
• Experience with Azure Application Insights, Docker, Kubernetes
