Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, emergency medical equipment, and rapid assessment tools is essential. Exceptional communication, resilience under pressure, and strong teamwork are standout soft skills in this high-stress environment. These competencies are vital for delivering swift, effective care and ensuring patient safety during critical, unpredictable situations.
