Job Summary and Qualifications

The RN Manager Evans ER ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • 1+ years of applicable ER leadership/supervisory experience required
  • Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) or practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required
  • BLS required
