Shift Information: Continental - 12hrs

Day Shift: 7:00AM-7:00PM

Night Shift: 7:00AM-7:00PM

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth.

The salary range for this position is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.


When your actions lead to success:

  • Operate and manage large-format digital printing equipment, including both sheet and roll-based plastic substrates, ensuring high-quality output across a variety of materials and project specifications
  • Accurately interpret and execute production work based on graphic layouts and detailed work instructions
  • Set up, calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot printing equipment in accordance with established safety protocols, production standards, and efficiency targets, minimizing downtime and material waste
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented production environment while consistently meeting productivity, quality, and turnaround expectations
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic repairs on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce operational disruption
