BASIC FUNCTION
We are looking for a dynamic and goal oriented Inside Sales Associate to lead client accounts focused on outbound and inbound sales operations within their assigned territory. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales strategy, client management, and performance optimization. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring campaign success, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. This individual will be well versed in B2B sales, power equipment, engines, agricultural seat fitments and accessories.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their success within the designated territory.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships by understanding their goals, products, and market dynamics.
• Monitors daily and monthly performance metrics to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manages client escalations promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Delivers professional, courteous, reliable, and responsive customer service at all times.
• Drives top-line sales growth in the assigned region by prospecting new customers and supporting existing ones.
• Addresses customer complaints and resolves issues efficiently and effectively.
• Meets or exceeds outbound calling goals based on assigned calling segments.
• Provides technical support to clients as needed.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date client orders, records and necessary data in ERP.
• Collaborates with other departments to collect and update customer information for account setup and maintenance.
• Keeps supervisor informed of significant developments, potential issues, and relevant information for effective management.
• Performs related work as apparent or assigned.
• Attends training as determined from GNE.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
• Provide customer feedback to marketing and other members of the sales staff.
• Support sales department at on-site customer events.

Required
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on equipment or tools.
