Rental Coordinator โ€“ Savage, MN

Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is searching for a Rental Coordinator to join its team at its Savage, MN, location. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting to coordinate and facilitate our rental business. Direct relationship contacts with customers as well as supporting the Outside Sales Representatives are daily aspects of this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer contact/email/phone numbers for the rental department.
  • Take phone calls from customers, TM or SM and provide information within a timely manner
  • Compute charges based on rental or service rate and review daily branch billing runs.
  • Execute the rental process, including opening and closing of rental contracts.
  • Obtain customer signatures via DocuSign, certificate of insurance per RMS requirements.
  • Maintain and code vendor bills in Filebound
  • Arrange/dispatch equipment movement for rental equipment.
  • Open work orders for rental preparation or rental return.
  • Assist in tracking inventory by branch and holds.
  • Additional duties as required by management.
  • Establish and communicate key measurements.
  • Provide constructive criticism and positive feedback.
  • Working in multiple computer programs at the same time

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Associate Degree in Business Management preferred.
