As part of Marmon Rail (a Berkshire Hathaway company), we operate a growing network of facilities and field service teams across North America, supporting customers in transportation, energy, and manufacturing.We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead facility and equipment maintenance operations, drive reliability, and support production performance. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in an industrial environment and is passionate about safety, uptime, and team development.**What You’ll Do:** This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting production uptime through effective planning and execution.
