Hire Energy is seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our field operations team supporting oil and gas locations. This role is hands-on and critical to job site success, involving everything from rig-up and rig-down to operating frac equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Requirements
  • Prior experience operating oilfield equipment preferred
  • Strong understanding of oilfield safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to work long hours in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
  • Willingness to travel and work rotational schedules
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform rig-up and rig-down of frac equipment and associated iron safely and efficiently
  • Operate various frac equipment including pumps, blenders, hydration units, and auxiliary systems
  • Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including JSA participation and hazard identification
  • Monitor equipment performance and communicate issues to supervisors and crew members
  • Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and safe job execution
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on location
