Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, maintain, and repair construction equipment from various manufacturers, such as Komatsu, Case, Bomag, Kubota, Tadano, Manitowoc

? Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment

? Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency

? Document service and repair records accurately

? Field service techs will respond to on-site service calls in a professional manner

? Follow all safety protocols and company policies

? Own a complete set of standard repair tools, standard tools will not be provided

Qualifications:

? High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in diesel mechanics

or related field preferred

? 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance

? Proficiency with hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical systems

? Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

? Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

? Valid driverโ€™s license; CDL is a plus

? Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying outdoor conditions

Work Environment & Schedule

? Primarily outdoor job sites and workshops

? Mondayโ€“Friday, full-time and occasional weekends may be required
