Job Summary T he Equipment Readiness Associate is responsible for ensuring equipment is prepared, maintained, and delivered according to operational demands. This role supports equipment reliability, asset utilization, and operational efficiency while assisting with maintenance preparation, documentation, staging, and shipment activities.
Job Description - Assist the Equipment Readiness Lead and Equipment Readiness Engineer in preparing equipment for field operations.
- Perform non-invasive maintenance and final preparation of surface equipment, downhole equipment, and ready boxes.
- Execute assigned work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring work is completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain accurate and complete work order documentation.
- Prepare equipment and critical spare parts for shipment and staging.
- Coordinate equipment placement in designated loading and staging areas.
- Load equipment onto transport vehicles when operational support is unavailable.
- Receive and inspect equipment returned from field operations following logistics offloading activities.
- Verify returned equipment is properly processed for maintenance and future deployment.
- Support initiatives focused on improving equipment readiness, asset utilization, and maintenance efficiency.
- Contribute to efforts that reduce the overall cost of service delivery through effective maintenance practices.
- Follow all equipment readiness standards, maintenance procedures, and competency requirements.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and operational policies and procedures.
S kills Required - Previous experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical operations, manufacturing, warehouse operations, oilfield services, or a related industrial environment preferred.
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an asset.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment maintenance principles.
- Ability to interpret and execute work orders accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate maintenance and inspection documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials in accordance with safety guidelines.

Education - High School Diploma or GED
- Technical or vocational training in mechanical, industrial, maintenance, or related disciplines is preferred.
Additional Details - S hi f t: Hours able to work would be flexible from 7am to 9pm or later. Monday through Saturday. Sunday will be as needed. Right now its an every other week rotation.
Pay Rate - $19 - $21 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
