Job description

We are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.


  • Familiar with different HVAC system types and their applications
  • HVAC systems selection, sizing, and design (ductwork and piping)
  • Experienced with Mechanical Codes and Energy Efficiency Standards
  • Engineering experience with energy efficiency, developing or supporting performance-based projects or energy services
  • Perform Heating, Cooling Load Calculations and Title 24 Compliance calculations using Energy-Pro and eQuest programs
  • Assist with developing ability to conduct job site surveys and help to analyze solutions and installation sequencing.
  • Other duties may include copying/printing/scanning, assembly of equipment submittal packages, assistance in preparing work scope and other tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to write technical proposals and reports

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • 1+ years’ experience in HVAC Design
  • CEM, EIT highly preferred
  • Knowledge of OSHPD codes are a plus
  • Independent decision making is required
  • Computer skills using MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of AutoCAD MEP or Revit is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
