Orchestrate Cross-Functional Delivery
  • Partner with Epsilon teams across Data Strategy, Product, Identity, Analytics, Legal, and Delivery
  • Navigate data privacy, compliance, and activation requirements
  • Ensure solutions are clearly scoped, aligned, and successfully driven
  • Act as the connector across Epsilon and Publicis teams

Qualifications
Required
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, client leadership, or strategic account management
  • Strong experience working with Retail clients
  • Deep understanding of:
    • First-party data and customer data strategies
    • CRM, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing
    • Paid media activation and audience strategy
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business value

Preferred
  • Experience working with or within Publicis or large agency ecosystems
  • Familiarity with data, identity, and activation solutions (e.g., clean rooms, audience targeting, measurement)
  • Experience partnering across media, analytics, and data teams

What Sets You Apart
  • You understand how to connect owned customer data with paid media activation
  • You thrive in complex environments and can align partners across client, agency, and internal teams
  • You bring a consultative, "seller-plus" mindset-combining commercial leadership with strategic problem solving
  • You simplify complex data concepts into clear, actionable recommendations
  • You are comfortable leading across ambiguity and driving outcomes
