POS is seeking Customer Service/Technical Support candidates who want to join our growing team in Waterloo, Iowa. Shifts may range from 8/9/9:30am to 4/5/6pm. Duties include:

  • Assist or lead the creation and updating of documentation, checklists, and procedures.
  • Provide excellent quality of work with a customer-first culture mindset.
  • Execute day-to-day activities and processes by mapping and scripting activities supporting new and existing customers.
  • Maintain industry knowledge through self-study of new technology and techniques updates.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders in all aspects of development, delivery of updates, and new products.
  • Perform product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Schedule training sessions and attend meetings as required.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the overall EPS infrastructure to prevent, as well as assist in troubleshooting and recovery when system anomalies or downtime are encountered.
  • Confirms customer feedback is captured for future enhancements or for follow-up as needed.
  • Identify new application opportunities and relay this information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.

We seek candidates with the following credentials:

  • BA Degree or 3-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen that includes strong detailed written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to present information effectively utilizing multiple types of media.
  • Ability to adapt to change and shift gears as the need dictates.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize days' work.
  • Desire to grow and develop themselves as well as their team.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Starting salary range for this position will be from $53,500-$65,000 commensurate with experience.
