Job Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Epoxy Flooring Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting in the preparation and installation of epoxy floor coatings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. No prior epoxy experience is required—training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing concrete floors
  • Mix and apply epoxy coatings, sealants, and finishes
  • Assist with masking, taping, and protecting surrounding areas
  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
