Zions is regularly recognized by American Banker magazine as having a top banking team in its list of "The Most Powerful Women in Banking." Our customers consistently vote us as the best bank in our local markets. We value our employees, and we are committed to search out, recognize and create fulfilling opportunities for outstanding people within our organization, rewarding them for their contributions to our success. We recognize that banking is a "local" business, and that to be successful, we must have very strong ties to the communities we serve and strong relationships with our customers.

With benefits starting on day one, 12 bank holidays, profit sharing and company-matched 401(k) contributions, Zions is dedicated to being an employer of choice in our communities. At Zions, the possibilities are endless. You bring the talent; we bring the opportunity.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Implementation Specialist & Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of our Enterprise Performance Management solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial modeling and system architecture, translating complex business requirements into scalable, automated Oracle EPM solutions. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in EPM/EDM integration, scripting, and module-specific configurations, particularly in ARCS and Profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Solution Design

  • Requirements Gathering: Partner with financial stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate complex financial models into actionable, technical solutions within the Oracle EPM ecosystem.
  • End-to-End Implementation: Lead the implementation of Oracle EPM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural best practices.
  • Module Configuration: Architect, create, and implement complex Profitability models and account reconciliations (ARCS).

Data Management & Integration (EDM)

  • Metadata Management: Manage dimensions, node types, node properties, and approval workflows within Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
  • Data Movement: Set up and maintain seamless data imports and exports across the EPM landscape.
  • System Integrations: Establish robust connections to various external data sources using Oracle Data Exchange and REST APIs.

Automation & Scripting

  • Custom Scripting: Configure and maintain scripts to manage data flow seamlessly between source and target systems.
  • API Utilization: Leverage EPM APIs to build custom interfaces and enhance system connectivity.
  • EPM Automate: Write, maintain, and troubleshoot operational commands in EPM Automate to streamline administrative tasks and data loads.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Act as a collaborative team player, working closely with finance, IT, and external vendors.
  • Clearly communicate technical system requirements and limitations to non-technical financial stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • 4-8 years of extensive hands-on experience as a developer and implementation specialist for Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle EDM, ARCS, and Profitability modules.
  • Proven proficiency in writing EPM Automate commands, configuring data integration scripts, and utilizing APIs.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, reconciliations, and complex cost/profitability modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of executing requirements into live, functional solutions.

Benefits:ย

  • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - START DAY ONE!
  • Life and Disability Insurance, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance
  • Health Savings (HSA), Flexible Spending (FSA) and dependent care accounts
  • Paid Training, Paid Time Off (PTO) and 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and any applicable state holidays
  • 401(k) plan with company match, Profit Sharing, competitive compensation in line with work experience
  • Mental health benefits including coaching and therapy sessions
  • Tuition Reimbursement for qualifying employees enrolled in an accredited degree program related to the needs of the business.
  • Employee Ambassador preferred banking products
