PER DIEM INFECTIOUS DISEASE PHYSICIAN OPPORTUNITY - CONNECTICUT

Reporting to the Chief of Infectious Disease, the Specialist will be part of a department with responsibilities that include:

         Inpatient consultations at either Hartford Hospital, The Hospital of Central Connecticut, MidState Medical Center, Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, Backus Hospital, Saint Vincent's Medical Center, Manchester Hospital.

         Wound Care and Antimicrobial stewardship

         Assist with activities of Infection Prevention and the hospital epidemiology programs

        Active Hospitalist program to care for inpatients

         Shared call with other ID physicians
