Job description

Join Our Team and Lead the Way! As a Senior Consulting Services Consultant, you will take a leadership role in Prophet 21 consulting engagements, performing implementation tasks and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for driving implementation deliverables, supporting project organization, and mentoring peers while working independently with clients. We are seeking applicants with strong project management skills, deep industry knowledge, and a customer-centric mindset.
What you will be doing:
  • Lead customer implementations of Prophet 21 software while coaching and mentoring CS Consultants to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist Project Managers in defining direction, timelines, schedules, and activities for project areas
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships across Epicor and customer organizations
  • Estimate project tasks accurately and ensure all deliverables in your area are completed on time and within budget
  • Conduct customer core team training and perform knowledge sharing with peers
  • Support project execution by meeting utilization targets and completing deliverables on schedule
  • Contribute to project planning and control by identifying resource needs and monitoring task performance

What you will likely bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in distribution or distribution accounting
  • 5+ years of consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Expertise in all core modules of Prophet 21 and demonstrated knowledge across industry verticals required
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
