Clackamas County's Health Centers Division is looking for an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our Sunnyside Dental Clinic. As part of our integrated healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in improving oral health while collaborating with medical and behavioral health professionals to support whole-person wellness.

Our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serves communities throughout Oregon City, Clackamas, Gladstone, and Sandy, providing compassionate, patient-centered care to those who need it most. This is an exciting opportunity to practice at the top of your license, build meaningful relationships with patients, and be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to improving access to care and advancing whole-person health. Required Minimum Qualifications/Transferrable Skills:

  • Current Oregon Dental Hygiene license in good standing and issued by the Oregon Board of Dentistry.
  • Nitrous Oxide endorsement is required at the time of hire or within 6 months of hire.
  • Current CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare workers certification.

Preferred Qualifications/Transferrable Skills:

  • Experience working in a community health center or an FQHC setting.
  • Working knowledge and experience using Epic Wisdom.
  • Experience with Oregon Health Plan (OHP) billing requirements and covered services.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • Must pass post-offer, pre-employment drug test.
  • Must pass a criminal history check which may include national or state fingerprint records check.
  • Driving is required for County business on a regular basis or to accomplish work. Incumbents must possess a valid driver's license, and possess and maintain an acceptable driving record throughout the course of employment.
