As part of our IT team the Software Developer is responsible for creating new software products while updating and maintaining existing products to enable Novinium to maintain its technological edge.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Create software with customer focused features.
  • Refactor current business applications to improve quality and stability
  • Enhance current business applications with new features
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure system needs are met

Skills & Requirements
REQUIRED BACKGROUND
  • 5 or more years' experience with C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS and MS SQL Server database design, with stored procedures and views required
  • Must have a strong background in Javascript, including JQuery
  • Requires development experience utilizing MVC with a focus on the razor's view engine
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. BS Degree in Computer Sciences preferred
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design and programming
  • Experience with Reporting Services (SSRS and SSIS), ASP.NET MVC, unit tests and Agile methodologies preferred
