- **Dates of Coverage:** Ongoing, with 7-10 days of coverage required monthly

- **Schedule:** Available for 24-hour on-call coverage

- **Call Coverage:** Yes, with in-house call requirements

- **Call Ratio:** 4-6 - **Average Call Back Hours:** Between 2-8 hours per day

- **Number of Providers Needed:** 1-3 - 

- **Practice Setting:** Inpatient/Hospital-Based

- **Patient Population:** Adult population - **Care Distribution:** 100% inpatient, with potential for additional outpatient procedures

- **Average Patient Load:** 6-12 patients per day - **Trauma Level Designation:** Not applicable - 

**Required Competencies:** Proficiency in General Urology, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) available on Tuesdays, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Ureteroscopy, and Laser certification
