Responsibilities:

  • Define and resolve application system problems.
  • Analyze problems and determine most efficient and economical programming solution.
  • Develop specifications for software applications; design, code, test, debug, document and install software programs. Test and update software products with new releases.
  • Evaluate new software products to determine their applicability to current and future hardware and software environments.
  • Coordinate the testing and installation of new software packages and modifications from vendors.
  • Design, program, test and install interfaces among systems with disparate hardware and software configurations.
  • Modify, maintain and add value to existing software via maintenance releases, utilities from vendor, and creative use of available Information Services resources to enhance the usefulness of the information system to the organization.
  • Direct preparation of manuals and training materials and training of user personnel in the use of systems and modifications to systems.
  • Manage complex Information Services multi disciplinary projects including project planning, task assignment and project implementation.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge by attending seminars and reading professional literature.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $89000.00 - $139000.00/yr.
