We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Epic Analyst to join our Digital/Population Health team. In this role, you will support key digital health initiatives that expand access to care, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen the digital frontโ€door experience across our population health ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings strong Epic expertiseโ€”preferably in Healthy Planet or Ambulatoryโ€”and a passion for using technology to drive meaningful healthcare transformation. You will deliver highโ€quality service across operational support, workflow analysis, system testing, upgrades, and optimization efforts. This includes monitoring and resolving service tickets, supporting new system implementations, analyzing workflows, participating in testing, and assisting in training activities. The Epic Analyst also contributes to project work, collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, and maintains upโ€toโ€date knowledge of Epic applications and related processes. Consistent communication, teamwork, and a positive, solutionsโ€focused mindset are essential. Provides input for testing scripts with workflow updates/system upgrades/implementations* Upgrades/Optimizations - Performs system activities related to upgrades and optimization with vendor assistance.* Projects and New System Implementations - Executes assigned tasks within specified time frame. Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining portfolio of regular support assigments* Issue Resolution - Utilizes system knowledge and available resources to address routine issues.* Leadership - Actively participates in departmental and customer team meetings. Prepares and presents substantial portions of meetings on a regular basis. Acts as a team resource by taking notes or other support activities.* Knowledge - Achieves and maintains up-to-date application knowledge for assigned applications/process areas.
