  • Support active labor patients, including those requiring magnesium therapy or epidural monitoring
  • Circulate for deliveries and assist with unit procedures as needed
  • Deliver newborn care and support early stabilization and transition after birth
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, anesthesia, and the broader maternity team
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
  • Adapt to a fast-paced unit with varying patient acuity and census levels
  • Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on excellent maternal-newborn outcomes
