Job description

A well-established trauma-designated hospital in Greater Denver, Colorado is seeking locum CRNA coverage now through August 2025 to help fill short-term scheduling gaps across two campuses. Providers will work daytime hospital-based shiftsno call requiredin a supervised model with physician support.


Position Overview

Start Date: As soon as credentialed


Assignment Through: August 2025


Schedule: 7a starts | 10-, 12-, or 14-hour shifts (including some weekends)


Sites: Two facilities in the Greater Denver area; shifts assigned based on need


Call: None


Case Types: Ortho, General Surgery, Urology, Neurosurgery, Spine


Model: CRNA-supervised (4:1); MDs perform blocks


Volume: Shift-based PRN-style scheduling


EMR: Epic training and module completion required prior to start


Required Skills

CRNAs must be proficient in epidurals


Ventilation management


No central line or block placement required


Candidate Requirements

NBCRNA Certified


Active Colorado License Required for temp privileges


ACLS/BLS


2+ years experience as a CRNA including epidurals


Clean background / NPDB self-inquiry preferred


Must complete Epic EMR training steps (modules, virtual training, EUPA, PPL)


Willing to commit to 68 shifts/month, starting June

Holiday: 1.5x hourly rate


Orientation: Paid after 8 hours at 50% of standard rate

Credentialing: ~60 days standard; emergency temp privileges possible
