The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable building professional relationships in the healthcare space. This individual will work closely with physician offices, manufacturer representatives, and healthcare partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and help connect patients and providers with the services Epic Pharmacy offers.

Physician Office Support
  • Learn physician office pain points and identify solutions the pharmacy can provide
  • Improve communication and workflow between providers and the pharmacy
  • Educate offices on pharmacy services, turnaround times, medication access, delivery options, prior authorizations, and patient support services
  • Help ensure offices have a smooth and positive experience working with Epic Pharmacy

Internal Collaboration
  • Communicate provider feedback and market opportunities to pharmacy leadership
  • Help implement new workflows and relationship strategies
  • Track outreach efforts, relationships, and opportunities using organizational systems

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable networking and building professional relationships
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Organized with strong follow-through
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical sales, pharmacy technician, or provider office experience preferred
  • Existing healthcare industry relationships are a plus
  • Ability to travel locally for meetings and physician office visits

Ideal Candidate Traits
  • Relationship builder
  • Strategic thinker
  • Problem solver
  • Professional and personable
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Driven to help grow the business
