Job description

AgreeYa is a global systems integrator seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst to join our healthcare delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting the Epic Ambulatory (Wisdom) application throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with clinical, operational, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Epic solutions and ensure a successful implementation and go-live.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure and build the Epic Ambulatory (Wisdom) application based on clinical and business requirements.
  • Participate in application design, build, implementation, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
  • Analyze outpatient clinical workflows and recommend application configuration improvements.
  • Configure templates, preference lists, navigators, SmartTools, security settings, and workflow components.
  • Perform unit testing, integrated testing, system validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, clinic managers, and business stakeholders to optimize clinical workflows.
  • Develop application documentation, build specifications, workflow diagrams, and end-user training materials.
  • Support application stabilization, optimization, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Ensure Epic configuration complies with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Epic Ambulatory (Wisdom) applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Epic configuration, workflow analysis, testing, implementation, and go-live support.
  • Experience participating in full Epic implementation lifecycles, including design, build, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
  • Experience developing functional documentation, workflow diagrams, and configuration specifications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot application issues and provide production support during go-live.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional clinical, operational, and technical teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Epic Ambulatory (Wisdom) Certification.
  • Experience supporting Epic optimization, upgrades, and post-production enhancements.
  • Knowledge of Epic SmartTools, preference lists, navigators, and security configuration.
  • Experience working in large healthcare organizations or integrated delivery networks.
  • Familiarity with Agile or healthcare project implementation methodologies.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
