During a Go Live event, Epic Go Live Support staff are often on-site or virtually accessible, assisting end users like nurses, physicians, and administrative personnel as they begin using the new or updated Epic system. Days are fast-paced and involve troubleshooting issues, answering user questions, offering one-on-one or group guidance, and tracking common problems for escalation. Teamwork is essential since you'll collaborate closely with other support staff, IT teams, and possibly Epic representatives to ensure a seamless transition.
