Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
  • Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
  • Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
  • Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
  • EPIC and Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years
  • Each work history entry must identify the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used within a single role, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used
  • Must have successfully completed a prior contract or served as a direct employee at a previous organization
