Advanced Practice Provider (PA / APRN - FNP) - Lead the Future of Patient Care

Now, we're looking for a bold, passionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN - Family Nurse Practitioner) to join our Sunrise, FL team. What You'll Do
  • Own patient care: Examine patients, gather health histories, and evaluate their condition to make informed diagnoses and treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with physicians: Work within a collaborative practice framework to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Lead diagnostic efforts: Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, EKGs, lab work).
  • Provide holistic care: Counsel patients on preventative care, chronic disease management, family planning, and wellness.
  • Perform procedures: Injections, suturing, wound care, immunizations, and other in-office procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate: Partner with clinical staff to ensure efficient, high-quality care delivery.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Florida license as one of the following:
    • Physician Assistant (PA-C) - licensed through the Florida Board of Medicine
    • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN - FNP) - licensed through the Florida Board of Nursing
  • Master's degree from an accredited PA or NP program
  • National certification:
    • PA-C (NCCPA) or
    • FNP-BC (ANCC) or FNP-C (AANP)
  • Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Ability to meet Florida prescribing requirements, including controlled substance authority (if applicable)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Pediatrics preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in value-based care or high-volume outpatient settings
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Florida-Specific Compliance Notes
  • Must be eligible for credentialing with payers in Florida.
  • Must pass Level 2 background screening (fingerprinting) as required for healthcare workers in Florida.
