CRNA Locum Tenens
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Start Date: December 2025 Duration: Till March 2026


Schedule & Availability
• 8- or 10-hour shifts (7A 3:30P or 7A-5:30P, Mon Fri)
• Full-time coverage Dec 2025 March 2026 (due to 6 maternity leaves + 1 LOA)


Position Highlights
• Hospital-based; Level II trauma center
• 20 ORs, 6 endo suites, 3 minor procedure rooms
• surgical cases/day
• Lodging/Rental travel covered


Case Mix
• Ortho, GI, Vascular, GYN, Neuro, ENT, acute trauma, ortho trauma, robotics, and healthy peds
• Must be comfortable with peds and all ages
• Medical direction care team model
• EMR: Epic


Requirements
• NBCRNA + BLS
• Active MI or IMLC

  • Must be COVID vaccinated
    • Local/drive-in candidates only
    • 60-day credentialing timeframe
