Title: EPIC Analyst (Revenue Cycle)


Salary:ย $80,000 - $85,000/yr


Location:ย Hybrid โ€“ Mount Laurel, NJ

  • First 90 days: onsite 4 days/week (Friday from home)
  • After 90 days: onsite 2 days/week, remote 3 days/week


Schedule:ย Mondayโ€“Friday, standard business hours


Must-Haves:

  • 3 to 5 years of Epic Revenue Cycle experience (must be currently working in EPIC)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle workflows in HB, PB, or both
  • Hands-on experience with Epic work queues/cues, charges, and charge audits
  • Experience documenting findings in Excel: write ups, pivot tables, V lookups


Plusses:

  • Epic certification (Revenue Cycle modules preferred)
  • Coding certification or prior coding experience
  • Experience across multiple Epic shops or implementations
  • Revenue Integrity certification (HB and/or PB)

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking an EPIC Revenue Cycle Analyst for a top healthcare client. This individual will operate at the intersection of operations and IT, supporting revenue integrity through Epic charge audit analysis, workflow investigation, and root cause identification. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of how revenue cycle processes function within Epic, thrives as a proactive individual contributor, and is eager to grow through cross-training and Epic certification. This role offers long-term stability, hybrid flexibility, and strong internal growth and merit opportunities within a highly tenured team.


Day-to-Day:

  • Analyze Epic charge audit work queues and investigate discrepancies
  • Perform root cause analysis on charge audits to identify workflow vs. system issues vs user errors
  • Review Epic in accounts, charges, patient records, Rev Guardian, and zero pricing scenarios etc.
  • Document charge audit findings clearly in Excel
  • Collaborate with trainers and senior analysts on workflow testing and validation
  • Support optimization and project-based initiatives across HB and PB workflows
