This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of midstream and industrial facility projects, driving technical excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction. You will serve as the central leader connecting engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and clients to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable project execution.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Lead and manage EPC projects from FEED through detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Own the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal engineering teams, field personnel, and subcontractors.
  • Drive vendor selection, pricing negotiations, and subcontractor alignment.
  • Lead workforce planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Proactively manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls throughout execution.
  • Oversee equipment and material procurement to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Review and validate engineering deliverables, including design drawings and calculations.
  • Interface with fabrication and construction teams to resolve technical and execution challenges.
  • Lead client review meetings and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver consistent progress reporting and executive-level updates.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance that drives repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience managing EPC projects in oil & gas, petrochemical, midstream, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Demonstrated success delivering full-scope, lump-sum turnkey projects from cradle to grave.
  • Strong understanding of FEED and detailed engineering processes.
  • Working knowledge of design development and engineering calculations.
  • Experience leading client review discussions and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Field or plant engineering experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to influence teams and drive results.
  • Critical thinker with sound decision-making skills under pressure.
