You will serve as the central leader connecting engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and clients to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable project execution.

If you thrive in fast-paced EPC environments and enjoy delivering technically challenging projects with real operational impact, this is an opportunity to lead from the front.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Lead and manage EPC projects from FEED through detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Own the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal engineering teams, field personnel, and subcontractors.
  • Drive vendor selection, pricing negotiations, and subcontractor alignment.
  • Lead workforce planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Proactively manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls throughout execution.
  • Oversee equipment and material procurement to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Review and validate engineering deliverables, including design drawings and calculations.
  • Interface with fabrication and construction teams to resolve technical and execution challenges.
  • Lead client review meetings and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver consistent progress reporting and executive-level updates.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance that drives repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience managing EPC projects in oil & gas, petrochemical, midstream, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Demonstrated success delivering full-scope, lump-sum turnkey projects from cradle to grave.
  • Strong understanding of FEED and detailed engineering processes.
  • Working knowledge of design development and engineering calculations.
  • Experience leading client review discussions and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Field or plant engineering experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to influence teams and drive results.
  • Critical thinker with sound decision-making skills under pressure.
