Job description

EON Applications, a leader in Business Solution Software is looking for aggressive Sales Professionals, who understand the value of having a strong differentiator in a competitive market environment and are ready for a unique selling advantage. We want assertive team players with a strong desire to succeed and earn substantial income.
 
Ideal candidates are driven sales professionals equally at home dealing with small business and C-level executives.  You possess at least 3-5 years of software sales experience. You bring aggressive prospecting skills and the ability to qualify suspects and quickly build a solid sales pipeline. You understand the sales process, know how to build product value, ask the tough questions and are able to close.
If you possess the following

  • Sales experience (at least 3 years in the software industry), preferably selling solution (product, process, people) to key decision makers including senior (C-level) audiences
  • Ability to drive the sales process from prospecting through closure utilizing solution selling methodology
  • Capable of dissecting complex business and technology problems while mapping prospect's needs to solution
  • Have established relationships with executives and IT decision-makers
  • History of referenceable sales achievements.
  • Strong presentation and proposal development skills
  • Are a fast learner and at ease with technology
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Experience in the recruiting or staffing industry a plus
