  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that are designed to tackle a variety of mental health concerns while promoting resilience and mental well-being.
  • Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure that care is well-coordinated and comprehensive, addressing all facets of the patient's health.

You will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the mental health outcomes of patients who often feel underserved in traditional mental health settings.

Qualifications
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is essential.
  • Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and the importance of cultural competence in therapy.
  • Experience in delivering individual and group therapy, with a focus on culturally responsive methodologies.
  • Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, which enable you to build rapport with a diverse array of clients.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient patient documentation and record-keeping.
  • A strong commitment to professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • A proven ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team dynamic.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience working in a community health clinic setting is highly preferred.
  • Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities is advantageous.
  • Current knowledge of contemporary issues affecting diverse populations in mental health.
