Job description

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 230pm-12(midnight), Monday through Friday, weekend support occasionally needed. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

We are currently seeking an Environmental Services Manager to:

  • Lead day-to-day operations by supervising staff and ensuring clean, safe, and compliant environments across assigned areas
  • Drive quality and performance through staff development, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization while supporting budget and supply management
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and elevate customer satisfaction through audits, performance monitoring, and cross-department collaboration

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay
