Find your calling at Mercy!The Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department within the hospital. This position entails supervising and coordinating the activities of environmental services staff to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements.Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years environmental services experience. Prior floor care experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent.
Experience: One-year previous work experience in a leadership role.

Physical Requirements:
Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
