Restoration Technician Full-Time | Monday-Friday Days | On-Call Emergency Rotation Pay: $20-$25/hour (Based on Experience) Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and experienced Restoration Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Restoration Manager, this position responds to water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects while providing high-quality service to customers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Essential Responsibilities Respond promptly to restoration projects and emergency service calls Perform water mitigation, drying, cleaning, and repair services Complete restoration work while following company quality and safety standards Operate and maintain restoration and cleaning equipment Perform air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and window cleaning as needed Assess job sites, identify issues, and recommend solutions Maintain communication with customers, supervisors, and management Prioritize daily assignments and manage workload effectively Complete all required job documentation and paperwork accurately Participate in after-hours, nights, and weekend emergency service rotation Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organization and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures Comfortable working on ladders, in confined spaces, and at various job sites Ability to perform measurements and basic calculations Knowledge of water damage, fire restoration, cleaning products, and drying equipment preferred Qualifications Valid driver's license required Must pass criminal background check Minimum 2 years customer service experience Minimum 2 years restoration industry experience preferred General construction knowledge is a plus Certifications preferred: Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, climb, and lift frequently Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally Comfortable working in changing weather conditions Ability to work around cleaning chemicals and restoration materials Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights Must be available for extended hours when emergency situations require Why Join Our Team.
