About this role...

As a Junior Advisor, you will be part of a team delivering consulting services for the assigned projects and/or engagement team. You will support the development of recommendations and optimization solutions for clients, based on research activities, application of technology, and market trends. Areas of impact may include optimization of the organizational structure, processes, procedures, infrastructure, technology, software, finance, logistics, and operational effectiveness, depending on the specific needs of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of client relationships to help understand needs and contribute to proposed solutions.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through research, interviews, workshops, and other discovery methods.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications for developers and designers.
  • Create process flow diagrams and document current-state and future-state processes.
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and support the development of recommended solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure alignment on project goals and clear communication.
  • Gather and organize data to build dashboards that improve visibility into key business information.
  • Support user training, create user documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with or interest in process optimization, systems implementation, project management, or client engagement and consulting.
  • Knowledge of software such as Power BI or Power Apps is a plus.
