Cabanas Law Firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. This position plays a critical role in helping the firm attract, coordinate, and onboard top talent across multiple departments and offices.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience from application through onboarding.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
• Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Assist with posting and managing job openings on recruiting platforms
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting trackers
• Support resume review and candidate screening efforts
• Coordinate Zoom and in-person interviews
• Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking systems
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process
• Support recruiting events and hiring initiatives
• Assist with administrative and operational recruiting tasks
• Utilize AI tools and technology platforms to improve recruiting efficiency and organization
Qualifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom
• Experience with ChatGPT or Claude AI is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Previous administrative, customer service, office, internship, or recruiting experience is a plus
• No prior recruiting experience required - training provided
