Job description

Job Overview Salary Range: $21.53 - $26.91 per hour. This position is located at Saks Global's Distribution Center and reports to the Asset Protection Manager. Responsibilities Maintain the general safety of customers, employees, and the store. Assess and help with emergency situations. Perform monitoring and surveillance activities to identify indicators for internal and external theft and fraud. Conduct external and internal investigations, documenting all Asset Protection incidents properly. Prepare and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits. Reduce and control loss of inventory through audits and training. Support and participate in store operations programs. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in Loss Prevention/Asset Protection. A customer-focused mindset. Strong verbal and writing skills. Basic proficiency with computer software. Investigative and conflict management skills. Ability to quickly respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
