SERVPRO of Bear, New Castle, and Upper Darby is seeking an experienced, highly organized professional to join our team as an Operations Coordinator.
This is not a traditional administrative assistant position.

Position SummaryThe Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across multiple departments and plays an important role in keeping our business running efficiently.
No two days are exactly alike. One day you may assist with scheduling and dispatch, while the next you may help coordinate projects, prepare reports, support accounting, organize documentation, assist with customer communication, or work alongside leadership on special initiatives.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being the person others rely on to help keep everything organized.
Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include:
  • Provide administrative support to company leadership.
  • Assist with dispatch and scheduling coordination.
  • Support the Accounts Receivable and Billing departments.
  • Assist with Job File administration and project documentation.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and special projects.
  • Answer and direct incoming customer calls professionally.
  • Maintain accurate information within company software systems.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, insurance representatives, and teammates.
  • Help improve office procedures and administrative processes.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee training coordination.
  • Support multiple departments based on business needs.
  • Perform a variety of administrative, operational, and project coordination responsibilities that contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Step in to assist teammates whenever needed and help create an exceptional customer experience.
QualificationsWe're looking for someone who has:
  • Three or more years of experience in administrative support, office management, executive assistance, operations coordination, project coordination, or a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • The ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Professional judgment and the ability to work independently.
  • A positive, team-first attitude.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or another service-based industry is helpful but not required.
