Chenega Enterprise Systems and Solutions LLC., a Chenega Professional Services' company, is looking for a Program Manager to support the delivery and execution of a federally funded administrative and analytical services contract.

The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for overall contract performance, execution, and delivery, ensuring all requirements are met on time, within scope, and in accordance with performance standards. Serves as the primary point of contact with the Government and leads contract execution activities.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary liaison with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
  • Oversee execution of all contract requirements and deliverables
  • Ensure staffing levels sufficiently meet performance standards
  • Lead program planning, implementation, and performance management activities
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage program risks
  • Ensure delivery of all required reports, briefings, and contract deliverables
  • Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and provide meeting documentation
  • Manage Quality Control Plan (QCP) implementation and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with all PWS objectives, timelines, and quality standards
  • Provide leadership across all contract personnel
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree OR five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in program management and leadership
  • Ability to evaluate and develop methods to accomplish functional objectives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:
